ABOUT THE RETREAT
In this, uniquely crafted 5-day retreat, senior-level leaders will learn the ins and outs of how to develop a comprehensive, long-term wellbeing strategy that can be successfully embedded into their culture while feeling and experiencing what wellbeing means in one of the most beautiful settings in the world.
What makes this retreat unique? This event is unique in that it combines a powerful curriculum with an immersive experience. We want leaders to get the much-needed “how-to” information around workplace wellbeing, while also living and feeling what it means to be well by spending time in a beautiful setting, eating healthy, meditating, doing yoga and disconnecting from technology.

DAY 2: The Case for Wellbeing

On Day 2 you'll learn some of the most compelling research around why wellbeing needs to be a top priority for your organization. You'll be able to use this information to build your own business case within your organization in order to build buy-in across your executive team.
DAY 3: Well BEING by Example
April 22, 2023
Senior-level execs have a profound impact on the wellbeing of an organization through their communication style and behavior. On Day 3 we'll get into the details of what it means to thrive in your own life so that you can set the proper example for your organization.
DAY 4: A Culture of Wellbeing
April 23, 2023
A common mistake organizations make is thinking they have to solve an "employee problem" instead of a "company culture problem." On Day 4 we'll walk through a unique framework for Workplace Wellbeing that will help you understand the specific company barriers and drivers of employee wellbeing.
DAY 5: Building a Strategy
April 24, 2023
The last day is all about building your Workplace Wellbeing Strategy. You'll learn how to properly measure wellbeing, and how to weave wellbeing principles and practices into the entire employee life-cycle. And you will roll up your sleeves and work on your own custom strategy with other participants.

ABOUT DANIELLE POSA
Danielle Posa has 14+ years of experience in employee engagement, wellbeing, leadership development & business consulting. She is a Workplace Wellbeing Advisor to organizations all over the world, including Fortune 500s – working with senior-level executives to assist them in designing long-term wellbeing strategies that are woven into the fabric of the culture.
She is also the Vice-Chair of the Global Wellness Institute’s Workplace Wellbeing Initiative. And while Danielle’s focus is on improving workplaces, her bigger mission involves making wellbeing the primary measurement of success in society.
Danielle started her career at Gallup as a management consultant and was assigned to Dr. Deepak Chopra, as his liaison for Gallup’s wellbeing research.
After leaving Gallup she started her own consulting and online business, and she and Deepak co-developed a leadership course called Workplace Well-being and the Soul of Leadership.
That led to her most recent role as Director of Enterprise Solutions for Deepak’s parent company, Chopra Global where she led the B2B wellbeing strategy, product/service development, and execution.
Danielle graduated from the University of Maryland with a double major in Marketing & International Business.
And on a more personal note, Danielle is a cancer survivor, and a mom to two young children, Giavanna and Nico. She is primarily based in New York and Florida.
